Cebogel OCMA

CEBOGEL® OCMA is a sodium-activated bentonite without any additives. CEBOGEL® OCMA bentonite provides high gel strength and stable viscosity and is used in drilling fluids for vertical drilling, microtunnelling and similar applications.

It can be used in combination with suitable additives for particularly demanding applications.

Other applications include clay barriers, such as sealing membranes beneath lakes and landfill sites.

CEBOGEL® OCMA is KIWA certified.

BARO-Gel Bentonite viscosifier

BARO-Gel viscosifier is an easy-to-mix, finely ground (200 mesh), specially selected sodium activated bentonite mixture.

PAC-L filtration control additive

The PAC-L™ filtration control additive is used in most water-based drilling fluids including fresh water, sea-water, and brine up to 149°C. PAC-L filtration control additive has a very low impact on fluid rheology, is non-toxic and does not require a biocide. PAC-L filtration control additive exceeds the European specifications for low viscosity polyanionic . 

A63 liquid polymer

A63 is a fluid polymer, which immediately increases the viscosity. A63 can be poured directly in to a drilling hole.

Baryt OCMA

Baryt OCMA is a Barium Sulphate for increasing density of the drilling fluid, e.g. in artesian wells. Density of min. 4,2 g/cm3.

Soda ash (pH-booster)

Soda ash (also known as pH-booster) increases the pH-value of the make-up water and helps to get maximum utilization of the bentonites viscosity in drilling fluids. Dosage app. 1-2½ kg/m³.

Tunnel-Gel Plus

TUNNEL-GEL® PLUS viscosifier is a specially formulated, high-yield bentonite. It promotes rapid viscosity development while maintaining effective borehole stabilisation and enhanced filtration control in most water-based drilling fluids.  

Nut shells, lost circulation material

Coarse nut shells 2-4mm immidiately limits loss of drilling fluid in water wells. Only for special order.

N-Seal lost circulation material

N-SEAL acid soluble lost circulation material is specially formulated extrusion spun mineral fiber. Due to its solubility in weak acids, N-SEAL material is easily removed from the borehole. It can be used as an additive for loss of circulation in concentrations of up to 86 kg/m³.

Aqua-Clear

AQUA-CLEAR is concentrated liquid polymer is a dispersant that provides superior mud and sediment removal from the producing formation and gravel pack.

Hexa Meta Phosphate

Solvent for drilling mud/ bentonites.

Marsh funnel viscometer

The Marsh funnel test set is used for routine viscosity determinations in the field.
