Biodegradable well points

Rotek’s biodegradable well points are manufactured from a carefully selected bio-based material certified according to EN 13432. This means that the material is fully compostable and meets a range of requirements regarding biodegradation rate, absence of visible contamination after composting, and ensuring that the degradation process does not negatively affect the composting process or the compost itself.

Rotek’s biodegradable well points do not leave behind microplastics.

The biomaterial is also suitable for the production of pipes and filters with strong mechanical properties, comparable to Rotek’s standard plastic products.

Rotek BIO well points

The standard dimension for Rotek’s biodegradable well point is Ø40 mm with a wall thickness of 2.0 mm. Other dimensions can be manufactured on request.
